In these Booking Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to the first named person on the booking, all persons included in the booking, and any person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking confirms on behalf of all persons included in the booking that:

  • they have read and understood these Booking Conditions and have the authority to agree to them on behalf of everyone included in the booking;
  • they consent to our use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are authorised to provide the personal details of all persons included in the booking, including, where applicable, information relating to health conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements;
  • they are aged 18 or over and, where applicable, meet any age requirements for the services being booked;
  • they accept responsibility for ensuring that payment for the booking is made on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
